1. I signed up but did not receive my login details.

5. Can cancel my membership/delete my account?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription and membership at any time without any extra costs. You can do this in the section “My Account” of the website that you are a member of, and easily follow the instructions to the relevant link to Remove Your Account.

2. What is the trial membership?

A trial membership to our website will enable you to use and experience the content for 3 whole days. During this time, you can try all services available and find out if you want to continue your usage or not. If you would like to keep your membership, you don’t have to do anything besides enjoying all content and we will automatically upgrade it for you after the end of the 3 day trial (unless you unsubscribe prior to the end of the trial period).

6. How do I know my membership is cancelled?

3. What will happen after the trial period?

If you complete the 3 day trial period, your monthly subscription will automatically start and you will keep your unlimited access to the website. If you cancel your trial period before it ends, you will no longer have access to the content and services of the website and you will not be charged anymore.

7. I forgot my password, what can I do?
